There are many alternatives and weight management programs available to the people. However certain habits that further give birth to obesity can be more of a psychological problem. Hypnosis is an alternative way of stimulating the subjects subconscious mind to instill positive suggestions to encourage the subject to follow a healthier lifestyle. many people have experienced positive results. However, accuracy has never been proven. Another program I have found that is in comparison with hypnotherapy is acupressure for weight loss.it is quite similar to acupuncture but needleless. this tool is another modality that I use to assist you in your journey. Just like hypnotherapists used positive suggestions to stimulate your subconscious mind on releasing the weight. It serves a similar purpose by stimulating pressure points.

To successfully sustain and manage the weight it is imperative to retrain the subconscious part of the mind to release anything that is keeping you from reaching your truest potential. The subconscious mind is the storage of all patterns, beliefs, traumatic experiences that give birth to a lot of behavioral problems that we tend to hold on to in order to cope. It does not have to be this way. My mission is to be that facilitator for you that will help and guide you through your transformation. This method will lead you to reframe your relationship with food, motivate you to stay on track and exercise; which can be accomplished through hypnosis. Using hypnotic techniques can help clear the root of all traumatic experiences you may not even be aware of. It helps boost your self-esteem, confidence, and any other issues lingering laying dormant in the subconscious mind.
