If you have any misconceptions about hypnosis being used to brainwash and mind control, to clarify It is false. It is impossible to brainwash an individual through hypnosis. though when the suggestions being applied does not comply with the client’s beliefs, the individual can easily come out of the trance.

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation and concentration. It is a behavioral modification that helps alter the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where we mostly stored our beliefs, toxic patterns, that are related to the way we view ourselves and everything outside of us

The people who had hypnotherapy were found to have continued to lose weight, where those in the behavioral  treatment only group showed little further change. Researchers showed that years later those who received hypnosis compared to other behavioral treatment lost more weight than 90 percent of those not receiving hypnosis and definitely maintain the weight loss years later after treatment ended.Two studies compared overweight smoking and non-smoking adult women in an hypnosis-based, weight-loss program. Both achieved significant weight losses and decreases in Body Mass Index through hypnosis.
